    Hello

    I can’t add some text in several cases.

    For exemple in my Page contact which has two columns, one for contact form and another with some text, i can’t add text in the second. the button save doesn’t work and the close button too. I have to escape to my browser but the modification didn’t apply.

    I read some relative subjects here but didn’t find answer

    i desactivate my two plugins (SEO and askimet) but problem is again here.

    Can you help me please, i really don’t know what to do

    Hey misterfe,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Also, please point out the page where you are having issue

    Hi Ygit,

    I finally found a solution, in the user section / my profil : i disabled the mention “disactive the visual editor text to write”
