    Hi – We just updated to 3.3.2 and can no long save pages in the advanced layout editor as templates. Specifically:

    1. Go to a page in the advanced layout editor
    2. click Templates
    3. click Save Entry as Template
    4. Enter a valid name in the dialog
    5. Click save in the dialog
    6. Nothing happens

    Prior to updating, clicking Save would save the template and we’d be all set.

    Try deactivating all of your plugins. If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hi Elliott – Sadly we can’t just deactivate all of our plugins as they are needed for our site to function. Is there any reason this worked fine with our existing plugins before the upgrade but not after?

    Hey!

    Sometimes upgrades can break stuff. Deactivating your plugins will be able to confirm they are not causing javascript errors.

    You can send us a WordPress login and we can take a look. Make sure WordPress is updated as well.

    Hi!

    you are using quite a lot of plugin. Please deactivate all of them temporarily (maybe just vor 1 minute), to check if things get better for you. Afterwards you can activate them one by one again to see which one is causing the issue.

    Hi Andy – We’ve deactivated all non-essential plugins. Remaining active plugins are required for our site to function, thus we can’t turn them off to fix this. I’m hoping there is a fix for this issue with the current plugins as everything worked fine with these plug-ins prior to upgrading to 3.3.2 of Enfold

    Hey!

    well, we need to know what is causing this issue to be able to provide you further support. That is why we need to make sure no plugin is causing this problem and for this you need to turn off all of them temporarily (just 30 seconds to check it, before you can activate them again).
    Let us know about your results with it.

    You could also try to delete all theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Maybe there are some corrupted theme files.
