After i’ve updated the brightbox theme with the new version, when i try to create a new template with the template builder, I receive this message:
Couldn’t add the template because the server didn’t respond.
Please wait a few seconds, then try again
The list of the other template I’ve made was not visible (about 15-20 template), but is still present, because i see the list when i create a new portfolio item.
Do you have any solution?
I’ve reset the template option and re-upload the theme. Side effects: I’ve lost all my templates, but is not a big issue, i can re do it
