Hi,
I am trying to use the Enfold template on a site I’m working on. It worked for a while but I believe someone updated WordPress to 4.1.1 and it broke the theme. Here is what I have done:
Disabled all plugins
deleted the theme and reinstalled using WP Upload Theme
Deleted the theme and reinstalled using FTP
Clearing the WP Cache
Clearing browser cache
trying chrome
trying IE
Examined theme and WP files for glaring issues or non-upgrade code.I still can’t get it to work. It’s the same issue others have described on the boards. Spinning wheel on the advanced editor. However I have had some more issues tag along. While editing pages, I can’t click Default Editor button, I can’t click the Screen Options button. When I go to the Enfold theme options, I only get the first page – there are no option on the left side. I click on Show All Options and nothing happens.
Please advise on how to fix. Thank you!
March 6, 2015 at 4:53 pm #407082Hi Nkershner!
Please try re-updating the theme to the latest version 3.0.8 via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Can you also please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Cheers!
YigitMarch 6, 2015 at 5:45 pm #407144I already did the FTP upload. I actually deleted all files and then re-uploaded. It did not resolve the problem.
I will ask the provider to add some additional RAM to the instance and see if that helps. Will report back, thanks.

So I have checked on the RAM on the server and we have 512MB dedicated to our instance – it was already set to that so there was no change made.
I deleted and re-uploaded the enfold theme via FTP. No luck on fixing it.
Any other thoughts?
Nick

Send us a WordPress login and let us know if we can deactivate your plugins while testing.
Best regards,

Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins? There is a plugin called “Shopp” which is not fully compatible with the theme. Please try to disable it.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 11, 2015 at 9:36 pm #410126Hi Ismael,
I deactivated that plugin and it’s still having the same issue. Now that it’s deactivated, can you login and take a look please? MUCH THANKS!!
~Nick
P.S. – I LOVE the Enfold template. I have known about it for less than a month and have already purchased it 4 times for 4 different sites. :)
March 13, 2015 at 4:28 pm #411068Hi!
Your getting a lot of weird javascript errors. It looks like our AVIA_BASE_URL constant is not getting set correctly for some reason. Not really sure what’s going on there.
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If that does not help then send us an FTP login.

I was in the middle of debugging but I was logged out all of a sudden and now I can’t log back in.
For some reason this function, http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_template_directory_uri, returns a URL with a line break within it. Perhaps you hit enter accidentally while filling out the site URL in Dashboard > Settings > General?
Not sure what’s going on there. I would try creating a backup and then reinstall WordPress.
Regards,
