    I just started to build my site and when I open a page and try to edit it, Avia Layout Builder can’t seem to launch, the loading spinner just goes on indefinitely.

    I’ve tried disabling all the plugins, trying it from different browsers and even installed it on a clean version of WordPress to see if that worked.

    Help!!

    Hey jaimealmond!

    It sounds like you need to update the theme. If your not using version 3.0.4 of Enfold then update via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

    Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    If that does not work then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
