If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
Hey guys I love your theme & the great support you give!
I am using the Replete theme with woocommerce and WPML plugins, I am translating myself as I am fluent in Spanish and English and I have most of the site translated correctly (I am just fine tuning and checking that every string, plugin, text, etc. is correct in both languages but one part is really driving me mad…I can’t find where I can translate the “Cart” text in the Navigation bar on the top right.
The hover over text is translated and the Cart pages are translated fine…it’s just the text in the navigation bar I can’t find where it has to be translated using WPML.
Please download and install the plugin ( http://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/ ), go to Tools > Localization and select “Themes”. Then search for “Replete” in the list and select your language and click on “Rescan” to search for all text strings. Afterwards click on “Edit” and translate the required strings (i.e. “Cart”) from the “avia_framework” textdomain. At least click the “create mo file” button next to the “Textdomain” selection dropdown (top left corner).
Thanks, I did all that and I translated and created the .mo file but it still shows “Cart” in the spanish version of my site…is it because it should be in THEME AND PLUGIN LOCALIZATION, set to “Translate using .mo file” and not with WPML? but I try to set it to “translate using .mo file” and it jumps back to WPML when I save…

You forgot to post the link to your website, can you please post it as well?
It works now. I just had to scan the theme text strings with WPML: http://www.randallcoffee.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sitepress-multilingual-cms/menu/theme-localization.php
