Can't have a custom category sidebar to work in Choices

Well the titlle tells everything.

I made a custom ruled sidebar for a category.
I made a dynamic template for my category.
I still have the standard combo widget in place.

Hi drixe,

I'm not sure if this is what you really want, but I think you want to have some posts in a specific category to appear on your sidebar, if it's that then you might want to try this plugin: Posts from a Category Widget (By Takayuki Miyauchi)

No, sorry.
The Template allows to have a custom sidebar for a specific category,
but it only works on the category page, not on single posts in this category.

Hope you'll understand my need.

Hi drixe,

Yes that is correct. I think you'll need to use a separate plugin to get that depth of sidebar control. Something like this should work for that: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic-visual/screenshots/

It will allow you to designate specific widgets to only appear on certain pages/categories and make use of all the conditional tags wordpress has to offer.
