I’ve took over our website from predecessor, but he doesn’t gives me any documents or knowledge, so Please help me.
This is our website is in private content below, Just in constructing progress from WP and Enfold default.
When I open an editor on frontpage, there’s Avia Layout Builder appears, but it doesn’t load anything.
Also, frontpage has 2 pages of slideshow, included some screenshots of Enfold screen, these are nothing existing in portfolio items too.
How do I check them (for learn)?My environments are;
WP 4.0 / Enfold 2.9.2 / Mac OS / Safari, ChromeThank you!

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it if de-activating plugins does not help?Cheers!

Can you please post the login details here? Just set it as a private reply. No one can see it but us. We don’t usually use email for login credentials. I checked the website but it’s still using the default dummy data.

We are posting messages on forum since 3 days but haven’t got satisfactory solution. Please consider this issue on a priority and provide us solution. We have purchase theme twice but haven’t got quick response and we can’t even update our website.
AVIA layout editor is not working and we expect your team to provide us names of files that are suppose to be overwritten.
Also in theme options all tabs are invisible. Let me know if you require credentials so that you can go through it.

It looks like something on the “Homepage” alone is causing an issue. The quickest way to work around that and move on would be to create a new homepage and edit it as needed.
Also note that the theme does not support qTranslate for translations so there may be issues down the road if that is the plugin for translation you will be using.

When I edit colors etc in the leyout editor nothing show up on the website. I tried deactivate all plugins( so far 2!).
Tried with 3 different browsers. Is not working when refreshing page also!
Can you help me please to solve this? I am for the last 10 hrs busy and kinda fed up with it!

anywway i found out what the problem was, thanks to you :)
It was the caching from the hosting company. They set it off untill I finish! good to know for next time
