Hey guys, thanks for your amazing help here and awesome theme.
After cleaning my cache and cookies I can’t log into my site. Looks like I didn’t change my the default WP admin from Kriesi. All posts on my site and updates were by “great” and now I can’t get in at all. Stupid mistake of the week! I’m such a nubie.
When I did a wp password search http://urbangardenguide.com/wp-login.php it looks like “great” was emailed an not me…
Please use your amazing skills to help me out because I will be forever thankful.August 22, 2013 at 5:36 am #136871
I’m not sure how we can help you. Let me tag Kriesi and the rest of the support team. Did you try using the “Lost your password?” ?

Thank you Ismael!
When I use “lost your password” I just get
“Error 404 – page not found”
Really appreciate you guys taking a minute to help me out
Cheers!August 22, 2013 at 1:23 pm #136873
What do you mean by default password from Kriesi? If you aren’t able to do a password recovery on any of the admin accounts attached to an email you have access to I’m not really sure what you can do.
If you have FTP access you can delete the WooCommerce plugin folder which should let you at least get to the default password recovery settings.
Otherwise, you should talk to your hosting provider about doing a rollback on the whole server.

Yes the Kriesi password thing was a red herring (false lead).
You were right (not surprised) it was an issue on the hosting site- they had it resolved quickly.
For a list of WP login troubleshoots I also found this to be helpful: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
