    Hi, I´m editing a page with a layer slider, a porfolio grid, a special headline. I´m using the advanced theme editor.
    When I add another section color with a headline and save it, it only saves two modules. the layer slider and the headline, but the porfolio grid and the section color dissappear.

    What could be happening? Could be the php server version? It´s 5.3.3. Should I change to 5.4, 5.5 or 5.6?
    Could it be another thing?

    Hey cipriana!

    That is an old php version and WordPress plays better from 5.7 and up.
    Please do update php and let us know if that saves your issue.

    I´ve switched to 5.6 which is the maximun the server offers. And the problem continues.
    I´ve tried to make the same in a portfolio page and is the same. I only saves 2 or 3 modules, not more.

    Is there another solution or I would change to another server company?

    Hi, I´ve noted another issue.
    I´ve created a page with 4 portfolio galleries. (A)
    Each gallery has several images. But when I clic on a gallery, only one image appears in that gallery. If I create that page as a portfolio page with 4 portfolio galleries, the same happens.
    This problem does not happen if I create a page with only 1 portfolio gallery. (B)

    Have I done something wrong?

    Ok, my server has changed PHP version to 7 and the problem is still there.
    Should I put define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); in config.php?

    Could that be the problem?

    Hi,

    Yes, please try defining a higher memory limit if you have not already done so.

    Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    I´ve added 256 m in default-constants.php and now it seems to have solved the first issue. User can also be added. Only issue 2 remains:

    In pages where I have 3 or 4 galleries, theres only the main image in each gallery. The other images are not appearing.

    I´ve solved the galleries visualization, but the problem remains with this issue:
    – Simetimes when I´m editing portofolio item or a page with many modules, and I save, it only saves some of the modules, not all the modules I´ve created.
    For ex. I create a page with a Layer, a color section with a text, a portfolio gallery, and another color section with a text and save, it only saves the layer and the color section, the other two items dissapear. And I have to create them again.
    It doesn´t happen always. Sometimes only.

    Hi,

    will be very difficult for us to help you with this issue, if we can’t reproduce it and if it happens sometimes only. Ask your host if they are using any caching on your server and if yes tell them to deactivate it. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Ok, could you tell me what is a caching? Just to know how to translate it.

    There are images that have names very very long.
    Could that be a reason too?

    Hi,

    I think if you google it, then you will know what I mean with caching. Not sure how to translate it for you. Which language are you speaking?

    Maybe this could be a reason, too. Check it by providing shorter names.
