Can't save section because icon is placed over the clone button

Hello, I’m having problems trying to save a template for individual sections because the + icon is placed directly over the clone button and it clones the section instead of saving it. Suggestions? Thank you!

Also, how do I access the saved sections once they are saved? (none are saved in “templates” section.
