can't seem to get rid of striped background – not sure how to get rid of it!

Hi,

I am brand new at this – so please go easy on me!

I’m trying to use Better Click to Tweet plugin – but instead of the quote box appearing white, it comes up as a stripey background. I know this isn’t a plugin issue as in my early days i played around with this background – and then thought i’d gotten rid of it – apparently not!

Where can I go to have this weird background go away for good? I have a screenshot if that helps but dont know how to add it to this post – and my website isn’t live yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
