Can't upload/set the feature image

   Hello!

   I'm getting trouble setting the feature image, but only since october. The posts before this month are working perfect.

   I have already sett the permissions 777 in the uploads folder and set the wp-content/uploads in the multimedia settings.

   Can't guess what is happening.

   I upload via ftp and set the image by URL in the post but this way is not working for the feature image.

   Is there any other way to set up the feature image?

   I will thank you so much if you can help me to solve this problem.

   Thank you Dude for your answer but still doesn´t work.
   It is possible to set it as a custom field? I tried with the 'Thumbnail' word and nothing.

   Set a custom field called "custom_image" with an image url to use your images.

   I did what you told me but I get an error in the header when I refresh the site home page

   It doesn´t shows the image in the Newscast sidebar news widget box.

   I must admit I'm not sure why it doesn't work - it uses the same thumb generation function as the slider and the other featured images...
