Please help! I cannot figure out why none of the buttons on the Cart page work. I’m sure there is something silly I am missing, but I can’t figure out where to go to fix this.

Just realized that the my account page is not working as well. First time I had tried to use it: https://moreanartscenter.org/wordpress/my-account/May 26, 2012 at 1:38 pm #76506
I’m really stating to get worried about this. I have to present to my client the work in progress on Monday and I need to give them a rundown of the checkout process. Hard to do when none of it is clickable and everything is inactive.
Is there something I am missing? Everything appears as it should, but I can’t even click the “return to shop” button, remove anything from the cart, or even proceed to checkout.

Did you create WooCommerce products? It seems like you’re using portfolio entries on the shop page. This won’t work. Please add some products (Products > Add New) and make sure that the shop page is not assigned to a portfolio (overview) page.May 31, 2012 at 2:32 pm #76508
I don’t understand. My shop page is located here: http://moreanartscenter.org/wordpress/education/
I entered in every one of those items as a Product. The woocommerce filter widgets on the right sidebar work with the products as well. I downloaded the Smart Manager plug-in and it works fine with the products entered.
Where do I go to assign the shop page? I can’t seem to find that one, I only see assign the home page and assign the blog page.
Thanks for the help on this!May 31, 2012 at 2:34 pm #76509
Wow, right after I wrote this it magically started working. Not sure why it did, as I never made any changes, but I am not going to question it.
Thank you for your time spent on this!May 31, 2012 at 3:34 pm #76510
Glad its working for you now! Just about every ecommerce related option is handled in the WooCommerce options. So for assigning the shop/cart/checkout etc pages you would go to WooCommerce Settings>Pages and pick the ones on your site that should handle those options. Just a note, any text or individual settings on those ones you pick will be overwritten by the plugin.
