Where can I find this function?
I have searched in the whole editor. Unfortunately, without success.

If you're using the german edition of WordPress: http://de.wordpress.org/ the breadcrumb text should be translated properly. Otherwise open up flagship\framework\php\class-breadcrumb.php and search for following line:
echo '<p class="breadcrumb"><span class="breadcrumb_info">'.__('You are here:','avia_framework').'</span> <a href="'.get_bloginfo('url').'">';You must log in to post.
