Change background color of Top Banner Message

I've used the Angular theme options, but wondering where I might be able to turn off the functionality or perhaps alter the css in order to make the Top Banner Message background color different from the chosen theme colors. Where and how can I change the code to do this?

Hi,

This is the css of the current color in the demo. Please add it to the back of your custom.css or to Quick CSS located in Angular > Theme Options > Styles
```
#info_text_header .infotext, .info_text_header {
background-color: #f0b70c;
}
```
