Change Background theme

   Hi,

   How do i change the background color of the theme, only for the body and footer (except for the header), for every page of my site.

   This is currently my site http://livingaschampions.com/

   it black, white, grey (header, body, footer). i wish to make it to something like black, light grey, light grey (header, body, footer), for the whole site.

   Hi Thomas,

   At the bottom of wp-content/themes/display/style.css, add this code:
   

   #footerwrap, #subpage #footerwrap, .wrapper {
      background: black;
   }

   or this code if the above code doesn't work:
   

   #footerwrap, #subpage #footerwrap, .wrapper {
      background: black !important;
   }

   Just change the background color. Hope this helps. :)

   Hi Ismael,

   Thanks for your help. the 2nd code helps, however, it didn't change the color of the footer. it changes the whole background, everything include header, body and footer.

   Any further help is greatly appreciated

   Hi Ismael,

   Thanks for helping. Nope i did not change anything at all. What you see is my original.

   What your 2nd code helped was it changed the background color of the whole site.

   Currently, my header is black and i want it black.

   My body is white and footer is dark grey. What i wanted is the body and footer to be very very light grey.

   I cant seem to find the image file in the style.css folder where it links to the footer. i may able to edit the image file like what i did for my header, so that the background color can be changed.

   Hi,

   Look for this css to change the footer.

   #footerwrap, #subpage #footerwrap {
   background: #222;
   }

   For the body below the slider look for this one

   .wrapper {
   background: white url(../images/skin1/bgblack7.png) repeat-x left top;
   }

   Now to change the background of the slider and header you need to change this image.

   http://livingaschampions.com/wp-content/themes/display/images/skin1/bgblack7.png
