Can someone suggest a 'quick CCS' code sequence to change the text of blockquotes from italics to just normal BOLD? Also, f there is a way to control the color and font too that would be great.

I have tried several suggestions posted in the forums, but nothing changes.

Try this:

    clear: both;
    color: #777777;
    font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",Times,serif;
    font-size: 1.2em;
    font-style: normal;
    line-height: 1.4em;
}
