I just like to change color at the end of the line shortcode [hr] to another color or nothing at all. Same in blog post comments, you can find same line in there.

Me too, any chance of telling us where to change the color of the first part, the line and the text for the [hr shortcodes]?

Hi,

you can add this to your Quick CSS or custom.css

.flag-text {
     background-color: #FF0099;
}

.hr-seperator, .extralight-border {
     border-color: #000000 ! important;
}
.seperator-addon{
     background-color:#ffdd00 !important;
}

Each color is of course for a different part of the HR
