   How do I do for this? I would like to change font color from gray to black in the main content when I use minimal color scheme.

   Hey,
   in your minimal-skin.css you'll see the following around line 28:
   

   body {
       color: #777777;
   }

   You can change this color value with any other Hex Color Code
