Change name of Portfolio

   I would like to use the portfolio feature, but would rather the site display the term "Featured" instead of "Portfolio". I couldn't find where to change that, even in the source code. I looked specifically for the phrase that is on the sample home page, "Latest portfolio entries", but couldn't find it. Any suggestions?
