For the life of me I cannot figure out how to do this. I want to change Blogroll to "Links" and I want to change Categories to "Blog Categories." Thanks!

You can edit the name of Blogroll in WP Admin -> Links -> Link Categories.
How have you added the Categories? If this is a widget you can edit the title in WP Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and edit the widget.

Did you try to edit the Widget Title or the WP Admin -> Links -> Link Categories? You can't edit the title on the Widgets page, it must be done on the Link Categories page.
I changed "Blogroll" to "Jupiter" and it shows up here fine: http://kriesi.jamesmorrisondesign.com/avisio/
If you're still getting problems let me know.

Hey!
Try renaming Blogroll to Links (or whatever else you want to display).
That's what I did for the example link above and it works.
