Change Site Title to Match Post Title

Hi,

My individual post pages’ site titles are just the default site title. I’d like to change this so that the site title corresponds to the post title, so that when I link pages in social media the title is the blog post title, not the main site title. I hope this makes sense. Can you tell me how to do this?
