    Hi guys

    I want to have a youtube movie on my home page

    i have 4 columns and now these columns all have pictures

    iwould like all these pictures to be replaced with youtube movies that apply to that topic

    i tried but the youtube movie is stretched in length and changing the size in the iframe wont do it.

    any idea what i can do? will it help if i put the youtube movie on the place so you can see it?

    Hi,

    Which 4 columns? On your homepage i see four distinct locations that have 4 columns. Do you want the movie to play inside the small space or open up in a lightbox?

    Could you please add a youtube video to a page somewhere using this layout so that we can see the code (just make some temp page using the same layout if you don’t want to blemish your homepage).

    Thanks,

    Nick

    hi this page

    you see the 4 vids?

    they should be sizes this with but with smaller height

    they should not open in new size. just from the page itself:

    Hi bevlogenverf,

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #top.page-id-2916 .one_fourth.flex_column iframe {
    height: auto !important;
    }

    This targets that page specifically, then the 4 columns and then the iframe inside them and forces the height to auto.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi Devin, mmmmmm does it work for my home page too? or do i need to fill in another code? if you scroll down you see the 4 colomns and movies. they should not be so high. how wide they are is ok, but they need to be more slim in size of height.

    Hi,

    You can use this:

    .home .one_fourth.flex_column iframe {
    height: 100px !important;
    }
