See the HR with text above the blog that says BEHIND THE SCENES? If I inspect the element with Firefox's firebug, I can change it's width to 69% which makes it my desired width, but I do not know where or how i would do this in .css to only isolate THAT hr and not all the other ones.
Alternatively, is it possible to do the above desired effect, but have the rest of the HR continue on over the side bar? So it would look like:
