Change "Sub-Navigation" title?

   How would I change the title for the sub-navigation menus to something other than "Sub-Navigation".

   Hey,
   just open sidebar.php and find following code:
   

   <h3>Sub-Navigation</h3>

   change the word Sub-Navigation to any text you like.
