If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I’m using a dynamic template for a page in my blog in order to to show all the posts belonging to a particular category.
I did this using the Blog element within the Template builder area.
In this way, in the page which is using the dynamic template, I have all the latest posts with a preview image of 620×200 pixels, but I’d like to have the full image, as displayed in the original post.
Can you please tell me how to edit the template to do this?
Thank you as usual
Can you please give us a link to the page? The max width of the content area is 620px.
Hi Ismael, this is the page I’m talking about: http://www.wildlifechronicles.com/journal/
I’d like to have the preview images with a width of 618 pixel (in order to occupy all the main part of the blog) and without the current vertical crop.
In WordPress dashboard please go to Appearance > Editor and open Functions.php file and find
$avia_config['imgSize']['page'] = array('width'=>620, 'height'=>200); // image for pages
and change height from 200 to needed value. Then regenerate thumbnails using http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
