    Hi,

    Sorry for the numerous questions. I’m still learning the ropes. I’ve created a page using the template builder http://www.dearghana.com/elmina-castle/

    There are a couple of changes i would like to make but struggling with it.

    1. How do I reduce the huge space space between the menu and the breadcrumb title.

    2. Is it possible to move the search box just underneath the menu on the right across all pages?

    3. I want to show the page title just above the image slider and wondering the best way to go about it?

    4. I’m looking for a social media pluggin that will allow me to add social medi icons at the bottom of the each page/post. Can you recommend one?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

    With regards to your question 1. How do I reduce the huge space space between the menu and the breadcrumb title. Try to add the following code in your Quick CSS or custom.css:

    Code:
    .container.main_menu {
    padding-bottom: 0!important;
    }

    I’ll get back to you for the remaining questions.

    Best Regards,

    Ismael

    Hi,

    I’ve added this to the custom.css but nothing happened.

    Hi,

    I’ve checked your site and the code above works by removing an extra padding of 15px between the logo and the breadcrumbs. Try adding this code in your custom.css to remove some extra white-space:

    Code:
    #top .bg-logo, #top .bg-logo a {
    height: 76px!important;
    }

    Best Regards,

    Ismael

    Thanks Ismael,

    Any chance you could get back to me on the other issues please.

    Hi,

    For the 3rd issue. Kindly edit the loop-page.php inside the includes folder. Find this line of code:

    Code:
    echo “<h1 class=’post-title’>”.get_the_title().”</h1>”;

    Cut this line and paste it above the code below:

    Code:
    //call the function that displays featured images and slideshows within posts

    Note: make sure its below <?php

    I’ll try to get back to you for issue #2. Hope this helps. :)

    Best Regards,

    Ismael
