- Delete: Email and Website
- Delete: Available tags (You may use these HTML tags and attributes: etc....)
in LEAVE A REPLY section of the blog.
All I want is: Name and Message.

Coalition uses the builtin comment_form function.
To remove the Website/URL field, you can apply a filter. Add this to your functions.php file:
add_filter('comment_form_default_fields', 'remove_url');
function remove_url($val) {
$val['url'] = '';
return $val;

To hide "email" "url" and "allowed tags"
add_filter('comment_form_default_fields', 'remove_url');
function remove_url($val) {
$val['url'] = '';
return $val;

in CSS editor:
