    Hi there,

    I’d like to change the feedback button into a “live chat” button. In order to do this I will need to be able to open a new window when it’s clicked. I found this thread here ( ) and it’s helped a lot, however I can seem to figure out how to get the window to be a popup.

    Any suggestions?

    Place the target=’_blank’ on the anchor tag.

    if($feedback_button && $contact_page) echo "<span class='feedback_button_wrap'><a target='_blank' href='".get_permalink($contact_page)."' title='$feedback_button' class='feedback_button' >$feedback_button</a></span>";

    Sorry I should have clarified better, but I need it to open up a new window, not just open up a new tab. The HTML and javascript I’ve used before is:

    Click here

    Is there a way to incorporate this in the header.php file so that the feedback button opens up a new window?

    Oops, here it is:

    <a onclick="'', 'mywindow', 'location=no,status=1,scrollbars=1,width=500,height=650');" href="javascript:void()">Click here</a>

    So is there a way to incorporate the above in the header?

    Nvm, I was able to figure it out. I read up on some PHP. Thanks for your help anyways. You guys rock
