I’d like to change the feedback button into a “live chat” button. In order to do this I will need to be able to open a new window when it’s clicked. I found this thread here ( http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/modifying-the-feedback-button ) and it’s helped a lot, however I can seem to figure out how to get the window to be a popup.
Place the target=’_blank’ on the anchor tag.

Is there a way to incorporate this in the header.php file so that the feedback button opens up a new window?
