I know this is a pretty simple question but I am wanting to change the copy for the bottom area HTML holders, as it is generic at the moment. I replaced the photos by accessing the backend and uploading new photos but not seeing where I can change the copy. Could you give me the directions?
No, I am referring to the copy of ‘multiple skins’. ‘works everywhere’, and iQuery improved theme’ and the copy below that.
This can be done under: Levitation Options > Mainpage options
Here you’ll find an option called: Bottom Area – Column 1 to 3 – You can select if you want to display widgets, pages, posts, etc. there.
Thanks for the quick reply-I am sorry that I have not been more clear. I have seen that option and have selected HTML but am now wondering how to change the filler text? I see where I can in the widget area but not for the HTML text.
You need to edit index.php manually to change the html text. Open index.php in an editor and search for
<div class="box_small box box1">
You’ll see the sample text there which you can change so that it satisfies your requirements. Under
<div class="box_small box box2">
<div class="box_small box box3">
You’ll find the code for the other sample columns.
