Would like to increase the height of the Header Image, and the ‘side info box’s. Is that possible and how? I already had a go and changed the height pixels of the ‘transition container’ which worked but then covered up the side info box pictures, it didn’t push them down if that makes sense?
i just need to know how to increase the height for the images and still to have the homepage balanced out.
Please let me know. Thank you.March 5, 2011 at 7:37 pm #41604
My mistake, I already know how to change the height of the info boxes as I already have done. My only question is still that I just want to increase the pixels for the header_image as when I change the height in style.css of the transition container, it doesn’t push the rest down, just over laps. Want to be able to increase pixel height.
Hope that makes sense?

add following code to style.css (at the very bottom):
padding-top: 40px !important;
Adjust the value as you like.March 6, 2011 at 7:45 pm #41606
I have added that coding to the style.css which has worked, however adding my new image with a height of 300 pixels, the images is showing up but now squished. My image is 300 pixels high, and I changed the transition container to 300 pixels height (which you can see) not sure why my full image isn’t showing?
Thank you and sorry for being a pain if this is just a really simple solution!!! I’m almost finished the site!March 7, 2011 at 6:37 am #41607
as far as I can see you didn’t change the image dimensions of your images. At the moment the source code looks like:
<img src='http://ludgateclinic.com/wp-content/themes/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -portfolio-theme/cubit/images6/header_image1.jpg' alt='' height="240" width="900" />
Change the “height” attribute from 240 to 300. The image code can be found in header.php.
