Changing Language to some parts of the theme

Hello, my wordpress account is in spanish, but i wish to change some stuff to spanish from the theme (that are not in spanish)

For example, after posting, it automatically adds:

ENJOYED THIS POST?
Subscribe to our RSS Feed, Follow us on Twitter or simply recommend us to friends and colleagues!

I want to be able to change this to spanish...

Also the "Leave a reply"

Hello,

Open up includes > author-social-box.php to change the social box text. After that, open includes > comments.php and find this code

echo "<h3 class='miniheading'>".__('Leave a Reply','avia_framework')."</h3>";
	 echo "<span class='minitext'>".__('Want to join the discussion? <br/>Feel free to contribute!','avia_framework')."</span>";
