    Please post the FTP details here then place the enfold zip somewhere in the file server. We’ll update the theme manually. Or review these articles:

    I’m sorry I ‘m a bit of a novice to this and not sure what you mean. I have given you my site details on the other chat, could you access it and fix please?! I am hoping to make our site live by the 25th of May so really need this sorted ASAP. I would really appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    in simple words you have to delete the enfold folder from FTP and upload a fresh copy in it’s place. The login credentials are there for wordpress backend. Please create FTP account and share the details in private content and upload the enfold.zip theme file to a folder in FTP and let us know where we can access it so we can take it from there.

    Please note: Any modifications done to the main theme will be overwritten however all changes to the child theme will be unaffected.

    Hi Vinay,

    The problem with this is that our wordpress site that we are working on is currently INACTIVE. it is not connected to a host of any kind YET. It will be moving over to the host next week but by the time it goes live we need this icon fixed. It seems a lot of work just for one little icon. Is there anyway you can find a work around to get the icon working for now and then when we go live we can sort this?
