This might be more of a woocommerce than a theme question, but can anyone tell me how I can have the cart total to the amount of the most expensive item only? And ideally limit the number of items in the cart to 3?

1) Please ask the woocommerce devs - I'm sure there's a handy snippet which allows you to filter the cart total.
2) Afaik this extension: Min/Max for WooCommerce allows you to limit the number of items.
