Please check your WooCommerce page Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Pages) and make sure that you set a checkout page.

Hi jtrabelsi,
It looks like the checkout is just timing out. You may need to ask your hosting provider to increase the amount of time a php process can run before being timed out.
Additionally, double check you have the proper payment methods defined in your WooCommerce settings just in case there is an issue there.

I just sent them an email but it doesn't make really sense to me... Does it mean that it will take that long to load ? If yes, Why ??
It could be a poor server set up or you may even need to have a higher memory allotment to wordpress/your site. Outside of the basic setup it may even require you to check with WooCommerce support if we can't pinpoint it to being a theme related issue.

Ok I've contacted WooCommerce support.
But concerning the server I have dedicated one with 2 GB of RAM with 2 cores/CPU @3.2GHz.
And for the WP Allocated in WP I have it maxed out to 128MB
So I have no idea what could have happened except being either a installation issue (which would we are testing tomorrow) or a theme issue but since it works in many other websites it's weird...
Let me know if you have any other thoughts..

Did you try another theme? Try to switch to i.e. the TwentyEleven theme and check if this solves the issue. If not it's definitely a plugin and/or server configuration problem.
