Checkout Page just shows File listing

All the pages on the site seem to be working correctly however after viewing my cart when I go to the Checkout page all that shows up is the following file listing:

Index of /checkout
Parent Directory
app/
skin/
var/
Apache Server at blakeandpaige.com Port 80

Settings:
Pages > All Pages > Checkout (no parent)
Page Contents: [woocommerce_checkout]

WooCommerce > Settings > Pages then Shop Pages
Checkout Page = Checkout (No Parent)

Wordpress Version 3.4.1
Jetpack by WordPress.com
Plugins: Ultimate Coming Soon Page
WooCommerce
WordPress Importer

Any ideas?

I finally figured it out, I had set up Magento e-commerce before switching to Wordpress and I had set it up under the folder /checkout. When I uninstalled it Wordpress removed everything but a theme I had created so the new woocommerce site was incorrectly pointing to the /checkout folder which did nothing. Removed the folder and now it's working correctly.
