    Hi!

    Just purchased the theme.

    I have installed both Enfold and Enfold child theme and then activated the child theme. But following the documentation when I tried to “Import Settings from your Parent Theme” it showing errors. Plz help.

    Can you please try resave the settings and try the function again?

    Hi! Basilis
    re-save means? “save all changes” under enfold child ? plz explain. I already clicked “save all changes” and tried nothing worked..got same message :(

    I just tried “reset all options” then again tried to import but no luck :(
    what is the theme options referred in the error message? Need to fix it asap so that I can start to work on the site..plz.

    Hey!

    Can you please post the link to your website? Please note that we may need a temporary admin login as well.
    Also, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    hey,

    1. after theme purchase I have uploaded both parent and child theme but I have not made any changes to Parent theme yet..
    is it the cause of the error? plz reply ..

    2. I Have Enfold child theme activated to start I should start with “Demo import” right?

    3. if I had made changes to parent only then the “Import Settings from your Parent Theme” will work??

    Hi Andy!

    1- You would see the site the same if you have not made any changes on parent theme.
    2- Yes, you can import demo directly start working on child theme
    3- Yes. Since you have not made any changes in parent theme options, they are currently the same.

    Please also note that we have a queue that goes from the oldest queries to the newest ones and self posting pushes your query to the end of our queue. If your case is urgent, please try to avoid self posting :)
