    Hi

    I thought I saw this in a topic somewhere already, but I just can’t seem to find the thread. I have created a child theme for Flashlight. I have made changes to the sidebar container – particularly, its location – I have it right up against the left side of the browser rather than floating left: 50px.

    My issue is that on page load, the sidebar container loads in its original place and then after a second or two, moves to where I have put it.

    So it seems that it is loading the parent style sheet file first, and then the child theme style.css. Is there something I can do to ensure that it loads the child theme style first and not later, to avoid seeing the container move?

    Thanks,

    Jolene

    Actually I managed to solve this with position: fixed:

    .sidebar.sidebar_absolute {

    left: 0px;

    position: fixed;

    }

    Thanks,

    Hey,

    Glad you fixed it.

    Cheers,
