    Hi there,
    tryed to upload a child theme and it did not work properly. The basic structure is there, but the whole media package is not there.
    I tryed it several times and did not work. Also increased the php memory, as you suggested on different post, without any success.
    A bit frustrating this start.

    Hey Technikzentrum,

    A child theme doesn’t include any demos if that is what you are referring to. Try to import a demo under Enfold->Demo Import.

    i already imported the the demo, but did not work.I just named it wrong: child theme. So please advice!

    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
    Can you also include FTP access, I see you want the Gym demo?

    we just want to import the gym demo, but it is not working. Error Message pops up. Missing Fotos and maybe something else…

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. The font file were missing in your uploads folder, I think it doesn’t have the correct permissions to be able to import the demo. I uploaded them manually and now everything is working as it should, please review your site.
