    Hi There,

I’ve recently bought the Angular theme – looks good and looking forward to getting going with it!

I know that I’ll want to be making changes to personalise it. What would be the best way of doing this? Should I be creating a child theme in case you update the main theme? Any tips would help, I’ll be mainly playing around with the CSS rather than the HTML

    Hi matsaukeo,

Since you want to play mainly with the CSS, I suggest simply using the custom.css located in /angular/css/. This file is meant to be used for customizations so when Kriesi updates he leaves it alone.

Also, when Kriesi updates he includes a version log so you know which files were updated. In case you do edit the HTML/PHP then you check this log to see the file was one of the ones updated.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the reply, I’m starting to get an idea now of how to edit this without messing with the original files. I have a couple of specfic questions so I’ll ask those seperately after searching the forum
