I've updated the theme, but I have lost the translation with "Please prove that you are human by solving the equation*" text under contact... My .MO file is the same from the 1.5, and the text is correctly translated... Any idea?

Probably the included po/mo files are a bit outdated. I created a new po file based on version 1.6. You can download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?lp6lvczp0bjl6ln - you can use tools like Poedit to merge the language files.
