Choices child theme works but why don't I see my logo, my templates, etc?

Hello support,

my questions is like the title of this post:
Choices child theme works but why don't I see my logo, my templates, etc?

I followed the regular steps to get the child theme working and that's working fine.
But I was expecting everything to look like the parent theme. Could you tell me why this is not the case?

Hi danpa2013,

All theme settings are saved to the theme named in the wordpress options table. So you'll need to re-add in all settings for a child theme that were made in the theme options.

Our support queue goes by oldest post first so when you responded it actually pushed your question to the back of our queue. Otherwise it would have been answered earlier :)
