   Hi,
   is it possible to have the pop-up text on the sidebar tabs line up with the specific tab title that's been clicked as opposed to always being at the very top of the box. Does that make sense?

   When you click on one of the link icons further down the page, I'd like the corresponding pop up text to be next to the link I just clicked as opposed to all the way at the top.
