Hello,

The Choices is a great theme, but I'm having two problems with it.

1). Videos do not play at all on mobile devices (iPhone and iPad). They play fine on my desktop, however.

2). The initial slider screen seems to load rather slowly when the website is accessed. Is there a setting to make it load faster? (not the timed delay between slider screens).

Is the same thing happening for videos on the demo site: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/choices/template-files/portfolio-4-columns/

Try the Zen portfolio item on that page.

for #2, without more detail I can't say what could be going on. Slow speed could be network connection, phone issues or just really big images within the slideshow itself.

Regarding #1, yes, I just tried the site you sent me to on both my iPhone 5 and iPad, both using iOS. Your videos did NOT play on either device. Could it be that your theme doesn't support iPS video playback? I really need help with this so that people can view my videos with your theme!

Regarding #2...I'm not sure what the issue is either. Perhaps after we address #1 I can provide better specifics.

Same problem here, using iframe videos from Vimeo.com. We started using the Choices theme prior to IOS6 and had no problems. Now the videos won't play. If you're on an iPhone/iPad and navigate to Vimeo.com, the videos plaly fine. It's not vimeo, it's something to do with the Choices theme. Thanks in advance for your help!

If its happening on the demo then its something Kriesi will need to adjust in a theme update. When we have an update on when a fix is incoming or if one is available as a update we can give out here, it will be in this topic.
