    Hi guys,

Everything is working fine in Safari but for some reason the logo area and main content styling (white background, dark blue text) that I’ve set in my Enfold Theme Options are not displaying in Chrome and Firefox, instead I only see black background with blue and grey text. I’ve tried deactivating and refreshing the cache plugin but it doesn’t seem to help.

Would anyone know what the issue is?

    Thanks,

    LZ

    Hi,

I see this error message on your Dashboard:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 263723 bytes) in /data/19/3/42/63/3368715/user/3757444/htdocs/wordpress1/wp-includes/functions.php on line 429

Could you try increasing the WordPress memory limit to see if that helps? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I increased the memory limit to 90M and 64M respectively and max memory limit to 300. I can’t seem to find the fatal error, can you please confirm this? However the problem on Firefox/Chrome is still there.

    Kind regards,

    LZ

    Hey!

Can you please try increasing memory limit to 128M instead of 90M?

    Hi Yigit,

I’ve increased it now to 128, but unfortunately I don’t see any improvement.

    Hi,

I’m not seeing the error message anymore, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Ive performed a fresh install via FTP using the latest version of Enfold, but unfortunately the problem still exists.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I have no idea to why that is happening, never seen it happen before. I see you have a caching plugin on the site but it’s not active, did you have it active before? If so there might be some caching still left, could you try activating it and clearing the cache to see if that helps?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Indeed I had it active before. I activated it again and cleared the cache, but I’m afraid it still doesn’t change the issue. I will be changing my hosting provider shortly, I’m currently using Network Solutions. Could this possibly help in my case?

    Kind regards,

    LZ

    Hi!

I checked your website and it seems to be fine. For example logo area is displaying fine for me. Could you fix it?
You are still using a caching plugin, go into it’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Deactivate all other plugins as well.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

Thank you for your response. I tried the caching solution however it did not fix the problem. I ended up resetting my wordpress and it seems to have fixed the issue. It is now working as expected on all browsers.

    Kind regards,

    LZ
