    I have two questions.

    1. I’d like to change the color of the “Send” button on the contact page. I figured out how to change the “read more” buttons but could not find this button in the style css code.

    2. On the main page where there are 4 columns to enter a post, page, or other I have successfully changed this to 2 columns. When I select a “page” to be inserted in these columns, the column shows the entire page contents (text) not just a preview like when you select a “post”. I would like the page selection to only show a preview (like a post) so that when the user selects the “read more” it goes to the corresponding page. OR be able to select a post for the main page but go to a “page” once the “read more” button has been selected…which ever is easier to manipulate the code.

    Thank you.

    Hey,

    1.) The colour for the send button on the contact page is controlled by this code in /css/style1.css (or style2.css / style3.css depending on the colour scheme you chose):

    .button {
    background: #3279BB;
    border: none;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    cursor: pointer;
    }

    The hover colour is controlled by this code:

    button:hover {
    background: #333333;
    }

    2.) Have you added the <!–more–> tag to the page? This should stop the page content at this point and only show it on the individual page.

    Hope this helps!

    Dude,

    How do I change the heading font to a [h2] in the column posts on the main page without affecting the heading format on the related page?

    When I enter <h2>Heading Name</h2> in the heading section of the page editor, it changes the heading font correctly on the home page but it messes with the spacing of the font on the actual page.

    Also, how do I change the padding of the heading of the columns on the main page without affecting the headings on those actual pages?

    Thanks.

    Hey,

    1)open up kclass_display_box.php (located in the folder: cleancutframeworkclasses) and search for following code:

    echo'<h3><a href="'.$page_link.'">'.get_the_title().'</a></h3>'."n";

    Replace “h3″ with h2 or any other html element…

    2) Add following code to the very bottom of style.css:

    .home #main .entry h2, .home #main  .entry h3{
    padding:20px 0 0 0;
    }

    Change the padding value as you like :)

    Thanks. How do I change the size of the featured image as shown on the home page? I have changed the home page to display only two columns but the pictures still shows as one_fourth.

    Thanks

    You can change the image size by editing following code in kclass_display_box.php (located in the folder: cleancutframeworkclasses)

    $preview = kriesi_post_thumb($post->ID, array('size'=> array('M'),
    'display_link' => array('none'),
    'wh' => $k_option['custom']['imgSize']['M']
    ));

    Replace the letter “M” with any thumbnail sizes you like (they’re defined in functions.php) (i.e. with “L” or “LL”). You can even define a new thumbnail size – just give it a custom letter and replace “M” with this letter.
