click the background to hide the sidebar

   is it possible to click anywhere on the background to hide the sidebar, as well as the normal 'hide sidebar' button?
   otherwise it could just be a region to the right, above and to the left of the sidebar and the post.

   Hey,
   this is not possible because the background is on a different layer and overlapped by several other elements (pattern layer, etc.).
