If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
How to define different behaviour when clicking a thumbnails within the same portfolio?
EX: The angular demo page http://www.kriesi.at/themes/angular/template-files/portfolio-4-columns/
-When you click the portfolio-item ‘Angular’ at the bottom it opens the link in new page
-But when you click any other portfolio-item like the 1st one ‘Happy holidays!’ it opens a Light-Box; actually clicking the title of the item opens the link in new page but clicking the thumbnail itself opens a light box!
Edit your portfolio item then go to Featured Media. Beside the featured image click “Show”. Look for Apply link to the image?, you can choose Link to Post, Link Manually or No Link etc.
Thanks a lot, Ismael but this is not what I wanna do. I wan to click the thumbnail “not the image” then it opens in a light box directly, not “in the same page (AJAX)” nor “in separate page.”
I want it to act exactly like the thumbnails here http://www.kriesi.at/themes/angular/slideshow-frontpage-example/
Take a look at this 3.3 minute video I made. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8hqGBMSfHtKYVZlZU1FR2dxT1E/edit You should get an idea where the settings are, Just pause it and repeat it on your local copy and you will get the idea.
