I cannot replicate these claimed issues (mac computer), but this is the error the customer is detailing:
1.) When I select a scent, and pull up options for ordering, it will not let me add to cart.
on second try:
2.) I was able to pull up 2 candles that did, Happy Camper and one other, but the rest I tried didn’t allow me an option to choose what type of candle I wanted and add to shopping cart.
She’s using IE 8.
Everything is up to date. I just have no idea what to tell her.
